A Final Word from your 2008 Presidents, Anne Bouloumie and Louis Casteilla
It was an honor to be your 2008 Co-Presidents.
We enjoyed the opportunity to plan the 2008 conference for each of you. Thank you for your participation. It was our pleasure to introduce you to the city of Toulouse.
Our desire is that you were challenged and intriqued during the scientific sessions. Your feedback has been overwhelmingly positive regarding the variety as well as the outstanding caliber of the material presented by both the key note speakers as well as the oral abstracts. We would like to thank the scientific committee headed by Drs. Jae Ho Jeong and Sang Hong Baek for the excellent selection of oral and poster presentations.
We enjoyed meeting those of you who were new and reconnecting with those we have met before during the social events at the historical Fondation Bemberg as well as the beautiful St. Louis Winery. During the gala dinner at the St. Louis Winery, the “ball was passed” to Drs. Jeong and Baek for the planning of IFATS 2009. The dates are selected for October 15-17, 2009 in Daegu, Korea. Please mark your calendar now to attend.
